Sircon Corporation Migrates Four Additional States to Its Web-Based Solution
Indiana, Nevada, Wisconsin and Wyoming Move to Web for Insurance Regulation Management

Okemos, Mich. -- (September 25, 2006) -- Sircon Corporation announces the migration of four more states to its web-based solution, Sircon for States™ for managing insurance regulation.

By moving to the web-based solution, Indiana, Nevada, Wisconsin and Wyoming will save considerable infrastructure costs because Sircon hosts and maintains licenses, hardware and software. Sircon for States also brings new functionality and best practices for regulators who help guide its development through the State Insurance Regulators Consortium (SIRC).

"The migration to Sircon over the Web is beneficial to more than just the agents and agencies residing within these states - it's beneficial to the industry as a whole," stated Ron Gallagher, chairperson of Sircon's User Group. "The more states that use Sircon for States, the larger the network becomes for any producer utilizing that network. For instance, if they live in Pennsylvania, but are also licensed in Indiana, they can now process both their resident and non-resident renewals online at one time."

State departments of insurance using Sircon increase the speed-to-market for insurance producers, ultimately impacting the bottom line for insurance carriers by enabling regulators to process license applications and renewals in significantly less time than paper-based processes allow. Sircon for States also eliminates paper forms currently used for appointing and licensing that have traditionally been lengthy and time-consuming to complete. Indiana, Nevada, Wisconsin and Wyoming will save significant time processing electronic transactions and will provide better service to carriers and producers.

Sircon eases compliance challenges by providing built-in support for enforcement case action, consumer complaints, producer data, and rate and form filing. It also opens up direct online access to these states so that insurance carriers and producers can process electronic appointments, terminations, license applications, renewals and many other services through Sircon's Compliance Express™ solution for carriers and their producers.

"We are pleased to convert these states to our web-based solution," said Gary Gummig, Vice President of e-Government and Business Development for Sircon Corporation.

"These new additions to the Sircon for States network allow us to provide more real-time access for processing and tracking critical information within the insurance industry."
